Onboarding Process
Follow these steps to get started with the eXlr8 Delivery Partner APIs.
1. Sign Up as a DP
To begin, Delivery Partners (DPs) must register with the eXlr8 team by submitting a form that includes the following details:
Required Information
- Company name
- GST information
- Full business address
- Contact person details
- Countries where the products will be sold
- Source IP addresses for API calls (Access is restricted to the listed IPs - Production only)
- Product categories you plan to offer
Usage Estimates
Additionally, please provide an estimate of your API usage, including:
- Expected number of simultaneous API connections
- Number of transactions per second
- Estimated transaction volumes per day, week, and month
Contact your eXlr8 business representative to start the registration process.
2. Get Test Credentials
Once your registration is complete, the eXlr8 team will issue test (UAT) credentials. This includes:
- Base URL:
https://stage-platform-exlr8.exlr8now.com - API endpoints access
- Required access details (
clientID,clientSecret)
dpID is the same as clientID, which would be seen across request payloads.
3. Integrate & Test
Use the provided test credentials to connect your systems and test the API.
Testing Steps
- Connect your systems using the provided test credentials
- Test all necessary endpoints to ensure functionality
- Validate integration with your business logic
- Contact the eXlr8 IT team to review and validate your integration
4. Certification
Some products may require formal certification from our Content Providers.
Certification Process
- eXlr8 will schedule a joint session involving all necessary teams
- Walk through real transaction flows
- The IT team will inform you in advance if any of your products require this step
Not all products require certification, but some Content Providers mandate this step for compliance.
5. Go Live
After successful testing and (if needed) certification, you'll receive production (live) credentials.
Go Live Steps
- Receive production credentials from the eXlr8 team
- Update your integration to use production endpoints
- Coordinate with your eXlr8 point of contact to set your official go-live date
- Confirm go-live date and begin live operations
